What is a Breathwork Journey?
Breathwork is a conscious, guided breathing practice that shifts your physical, emotional, and mental state.
In a session, you are guided through specific breathing patterns that:
- Activate the body’s natural healing mechanisms
- Calm or regulate the nervous system
- Help release stored stress and tension
- Increase body awareness and presence
Unlike everyday breathing, this is intentional and structured—creating a safe space for the body to unwind and reset.
Steps in the Breathwork Journey
1. Arrival & Intention
We begin with a short check-in and explanation of the process and set intention for the session.
2. Grounding
Settle down on the floor mat and connect with your body.
3. Guided Breathing
You are led through a specific breath pattern (lying down, eyes closed)
3. Body Response
Sensations may arise—tingling, warmth, emotional release, deep relaxation
4. Integration
Time to rest, reflect, and allow the body to settle
5. Closing
Gentle return and optional sharing
The structured approach to breathwork helps you navigate through discomfort and resistance to achieve a profound sense of release and integration, ultimately enhancing your physiological and psychological well-being.
